What types of handbags and purses do you sell?

At CN Bazaar, we live and breathe fashion. Because of this, we keep our finger on the pulse of every major trend in handbags and accessories. We sell celebrity style genuine leather handbags and purses that we manufacture and create ourselves. We carry the most recognizable looks at the most affordable prices, and all of our handbags and purses are of the highest leather quality.

What do I do if my order has not been received after seven days?

In the unlikely event your package has been lost, mishandled, or not delivered after seven days, we are fully committed to fulfilling your order. Please contact our customer service department by sending an e-mail to this address: customer.care@cnbazaar.com. An immediate investigation will be opened and, if necessary, a replacement shipment sent. CN Bazaar stands behind all products and will do everything in our power to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

What if I receive a damaged or defective bag?

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, or if you are, for any reason, dissatisfied with our products, please contact our customer service team within 48-hours of receiving the item. What lines of celebrity handbags do you carry?

CN Bazaar specializes in outfitting you in the same celebrity handbags that can be seen all around the world. We offer almost every handbag product line sported by domestic and international celebrities.

Do you sell any replica, fake, or knockoff handbags?

Absolutely not! It is against our policy to carry any handbags other than genuine, authentic handbags and related products. We have a full selection of authentic celebrity style handbags, including celebrity style bags and purses. You will never find fake bags, replica purses, or knockoff handbags at CN Bazaar.

How are your handbags constructed?

We manufacture and supply all of our own leather handbags, so there is no third party sourcing from other warehouses. Adhering to superior quality standards, all of the celebrity style handbags we offer are meticulously constructed and made from only the finest materials, such as high-quality genuine leather, and metal hardware.

How do I order?

After browsing through our inventory, you can easily purchase the product(s) of your choice by adding it to your shopping cart. Simply click on “Add to Cart” to add the product. Once placed in the bag, the checkout process will be initiated. Just follow the prompts for payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

Whom do you use for shipping?

Your shipping carried will depend on your country and shipment type. Bag shipments are typically made using either EMS, DHL or UPS and are delivered directly to your door. United States shipments that originate from EMS will be delivered via USPS.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

CN Bazaar offers several types of payment options to facilitate fast service. We accept payments from major credit cards such as Visa ,Master Card, Pay Pal ,Western Union, Money Gram and Wire Transfer payments. All online payment methods are encrypted and protected by our powerful SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) module. On average, how long do bag orders take to arrive?

This ultimately depends on the shipment’s destination. However, you can expect to receive most standard shipments between 5-7 days after the order has been placed. Faster delivery times will occur if you choose Expedited shipping. A confirmation e-mail is sent immediately upon order completion which provides important tracking information you can use to see the status of your shipment. Please make sure the correct address is entered; otherwise, a delay in shipping might occur for which CN Bazaar cannot be held responsible.

Do you sell wholesale?

A large portion of our business deals directly in wholesale sales. As a top wholesaler and manufacturer, we are able to offer our products at incredibly low wholesale prices. However there's a minimum purchase of $50 (USD) to be able to buy wholesale from our site.

Can you ship to an address other than the billing address?

Yes, please make sure this information is clearly provided on your order. If we are shipping directly to your customer and not to you (our client), please make sure your customer’s information is clearly and correctly provided on your order.

What is your return policy?

Can I order more than one of each of your fashion bag?

As long as it’s in stock, absolutely! There is no limit to the number of products you can order at CN Bazaar. However, if you order 20 bags, and we only have 10 in stock, we will work with you to complete that order to your satisfaction. If you run into quantity limitations, please contact our customer service team so that we can help provide you the exact order you are looking for.

How do I view my order history?

When you make a purchase at CN Bazaar, your order details are placed in an account to which you have online access 24/7. From any page, select My Account, login using your e-mail address and password and, from there, choose Transaction History to see the details about recently placed orders.

How do I leave positive feedback?
